• 4.7-liter V8 biturbo rated at 449 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque (available on GLS 550)
• 5.5-liter AMG V-8 biturbo rated at 577 hp and 561 lb-ft of torque (available on AMG GLS63)
• 3.0-liter V-6 turbo diesel rated at 255 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque (available on GLS350d)
